For an extra character It would be 70% extra of the base price

The extra charge for complicated backgrounds, weapons and attire can be discussed on the commission process

I can also work with descriptions and random images put together, but this will cost extra depending on how much I have to put together myself!

Detailded descriptions of the character and references will be needed.

I retain the right to reject any order and for any reason that doesn't need to be stated.

When using or showcasing the commissioned art you have to credit me (tagging me or linking my carrd or other socials).

Purchasing a commission from me means that you read and agreed with my terms of service.

Be aware that minor differences might exist between my gallery samples and the final illustration due to my evolving style.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.).

I reserve the right to use the commission for self-promotion, crediting you as the owner, unless stated otherwise before the commission.

Remember, you may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels giving proper credit to me by tagging me or linking my carrd.

You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.).

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

The following is considered copyright infringement: Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially-means making money off of it in any way not excluded from these terms-, Claiming the artwork as your own, Altering the artwork without my consent.

The currency accepted is USD and it has to be paid through Paypal.

Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after the final result is send.

Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

I will only start with the commission once the full payment or the first 50% is received.

The estimated waiting time for the commission varies 1 to 4 weeks from the moment I start working on it and can depend on the complexity of the commission, other work, health issues, personal issues, etc. I will keep you updated throught the process but you can send me a message if you want a status update.

I'll be sending you a wip of the drawing during the sketch stage, lineart and base colors and rendering.

If you need your commission to be finished by a certain date you must state it in the form. I'll let you know if I can give you priority.

Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there is no physical product.

After I send you the sketch, make sure to check everything carefully and let me know if anything should be changed.

A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

I will accept a maximum of 3 important changes during the lineart and base colors.

After the 3rd change, I have the right to decline any further ones or to charge you an extra fee per modification.

Once the picture is finished, I can do small alterations for free such as color adjustments.

If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to modify it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the adjustment you want me to make.

The buyer is not allowed to ask for a refund once I started working on the commission.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

Fill out the form with all the information asked and add any other especifications you'd like.

Once the commission form is send, I'll be contacting you with a confirmation through the provided email or other social network within. Outlining the details, pricing and any additional questions I may have, just to make sure we're clear with every detail.
